While many of our Website Development packages have Site Features with help documentation, sometimes you need some extra instruction to get things going!

When can we get some instruction?

We give instruction to nominated site administrators ("Admins") during normal Site Operation In some cases, during the later stages of the Site Creation period, we may also elect to give included Feature Instruction.

Using screen sharing, video and audio we will run through the "how-to" items and highlight important points in the existing help documentation included with your Site Feature.

Of course, Hanco will do our best to do sessions when it is convenient for your Admins so they can pick up how to operate, administrate and perform Content Updates using Site Features.

Groups not a problem!

We're happy to help out your Admins when you have a group of users who may need to use a Site Feature on the back end or on the front end for your Site Content. We charge an additional 25% of the hourly rate per person for group sessions.

If during the instruction, Admins or others note that additional features would be helpful, we're happy to offer our Feature Update and Feature Development services.
